Yappy Dog Prediction Run

Race #4 of the 2007 Prediction Series

An 8:00 am start on a sunny, clear and calm Mother's Day. The scenic, odorous South-Mesa course was well-marked and included a variety of surfaces--pavement, gravel and dirt--rolling hills, and a yappy dog or two. A potluck with plenty of tasty food and lively chatter followed the run.

Runners predicted their own finishing time prior to the start of the race and were not not allowed to wear watches during the run. The runner finishing closest to his/her predicted time was the winner.
