SCR Equipment Rental Policy
- If SCR equipment such as the digital finish line clock, flagging, traffic cones, computerized results equipment, timing devices and etc are used for the event, the outside group will be responsible for an equipment user fee to help defray the cost of maintaining and replacing the equipment. The fee will be determined according to the Request for Race Assistance / Equipment Rental Contract.
- Certain rental fee expemptions are listed on the SCR Equipment Rental, Race Support & Advertising Policies page.
- Equipment is only used by SCR to support organizations with a Race Assistance / Equipment Rental Contract. The equpment is not rented or leased seperately.
