It’s time to nominate your Male and Female Runner of the Year. The award presentation will be at the Southern Colorado Runners Annual Banquet on January 30, 2010. Nominations this year will be available online or mail-in, with a deadline of December 1, 2009. You can nominate as many people as you want both male and female. To make the nomination process easier, criteria for nominating have been developed. The criteria for the nominee are as follows:

• Must be a current club member
• Have community and/or club involvement in the past year
• Had some sort of physical participation/achievement in the past year, either running, walking, etc.

Below are some questions to help you in the nomination process. Please be specific. The bold questions must be answered as part of the criteria.
